Cycle Sheets Report

Displays/prints Cycle Sheet Report for all items which have cycle sheet data for the requested time period. The requested time period begins with the month input, and extends backwards for the number of months requested in the 'Cycle Sheet length' field (Programs>Setup tab>Cycle Sheet length). For example, if Mar 2005 is requested and the Cycle Sheet length is 3, then the report will display Mar, Feb, and Jan 2005.

The user can eliminate items from the report which contain a specified 'Max Item' value greater than 0. This would eliminate limited series from the report.

Typically the most recent months will be displayed to determine trends for individual items, but global trends can be seen by backtracking 1 year, 2 years, etc to determine yearly trends.

Count Sheet Report (accessed on the Cycle Sheet dynamic groupings form)
This report is to assist in counting items on the shelf. The report can be carried to the shelf and the quantities recorded on the report. The Count Sheet report can then be carried back to the computer to enter the cycle sheet information into the computer.
