Phone Book Report

Displays/prints personal information for each customer in the database. The report can be sorted in by a variety of fields and can do a page break on each customer for the purpose of printing out one page of the report containing information about a specific customer.

A phone book file can also be made for the purpose of importing into a different program (e.g. Excel or Word) or to perform a mail merge to print letters, envelopes, or labels.
